Cookie Order Form

Thank you so much for your interest in placing a custom cookie order. I am so excited to work with you in making your event super special!
Please fill out this cookie request form. Once you have submitted the form, I will review it and email you to confirm your design, the date availability, and pricing. If I am unable to fulfill your order due to date availability, I will let you know as soon as possible.
All cookie orders should be submitted at least two to three weeks before your desired pickup date, however, sooner is always better. If you are ordering months ahead and are unsure of what exactly you want it's okay, fill out what you do know and then we can work together to come up with designs as the time gets closer to your event. There is a $10.00 rush fee for any orders under that 2-week period.
Cookies start at $30/dozen mini (1.5-2.5 inch). Regular sized cookies are between 3- 4.5 inches. Prices increase based on technique, size, complexity, or any special packaging requests.

Eddie Print: This is done with a FDA approved food safe edible printer. It allows me to get realistic designs and logos perfect. Whatever I can create on my computer, I can print on a cookie. This package is great for logos and for photos.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due once your order is confirmed. Once payment is secured, you will be booked into my calendar. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to pick up date.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please contact me in a minimum of 1 week prior to your pickup date to receive a refund, minus the deposit. The deposit may be transferred to another date (subject to availability). Orders cancelled within the same week of pick up will not receive any refund. Your orders have already been started and time has already gone into putting them together.
